Una Virgie Lacombe Laborde Kimball, 94, a resident of Council Bluffs, IA formerly of Plaucheville

Funeral services for Una Virgie Lacombe Laborde Kimball will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2016 beginning at 10:00am in St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Hessmer with Father Edwin Rodriguez officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 beginning at 5:00pm until 10:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm in Escude' Funeral Home of Mansura. The funeral home will reopen Thursday morning at 8:00am until departing for service.
Una Virgie Lacombe Laborde Kimball, 94, a resident of Council Bluffs, IA formerly of Plaucheville, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the Northcrest Living Center in Council Bluffs, IA. She was a member of the St. Alphonsus Altar Society and a member of the Woodmen of the World.
Una Virgie Lacombe Laborde Kimball was born October 13, 1922 in Dora Louisiana to the late Leonard and Anita (Andress) Lacombe. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Lawrence Fabian Laborde; husband, Wilbert Kimball; daughter, Carla Sue Laborde and a brother, Elson Lacombe.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Travis Ted Laborde and his wife Mathilda ''Tillie''; daughter, Lois Turner and her husband Jack; many step children with one special step daughter, Mary Kalantari; grandchildren Travis Paul Laborde (Jessica), Roxanne Couvillion (Jared), Rachel Satterfield (Aaron), Brody Laborde (Alana), Miranda Dennis (Keith), and Chase Richard. She was also survived by 5 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Travis Paul Laborde, Jared Couvillion, Rachel Satterfield, Brody Laborde, Miranda Dennis and Chase Richard
