Landry Aaron Dupuy a native of Marksville and resident of Baton Rouge

Landry Aaron Dupuy, a native of Marksville and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Hospital at the age of 83. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and served honorably in the Korean Conflict. He was a retired Lab Technician for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. He was a member of VFW Post 7017. Landry was preceded in death by his son, Dwayne Dupuy; parents, Landry Dupuy and Clema Mayeaux; sisters, Emmalee Deere and Grace Hernandez; and brothers, Buvens, Albert, and Mac Mayeaux. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Sally Harris Dupuy; sons, Ronald and Charles (Kelly) Dupuy; brother, Lucien Dupuy; two granddaughters, Brittney and Shelby Dupuy; and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Monday, October 31, 2016 from 8:30 am until funeral services begin at 10 am. Burial with military honors will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
