Harold Bennett Guillory, age 66, of Effie

Funeral services for Mr. Harold Bennett Guillory will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 22, 2016 in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Marksville with Brother Mike Wilkinson officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Effie. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Marksville.
Mr. Guillory, age 66, of Effie, passed away at Avoyelles Hospital in Marksville on Wednesday, October 19, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Cora Sayes Guillory and sister, Maxine Guillory Baker.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 45 years, Renee Dauzat Guillory of Effie; two daughters, Denise Guillory (Steven McIntyre), Beth Jenkins (David) of Pineville, three grandchildren, Clay Guillory, Justin Guillory, and Sabrina Jenkins, one great grandchild, Dianna Guillory.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and will resume at 8:00 a.m. until shortly before funeral service on Saturday.
Pallbearers honored to serve will be David Jenkins, Clay Guillory, Herman Brevelle, Cleveland Lachney, Gary Dauzat, and Keith Juneau.
