Bunkie Family arrested in Narcotocs Investigation

According to Sheriff Doug Anderson, on June 18, 2015, three members of a Bunkie family were arrested at their home in Bunkie, after a lengthy narcotics investigation.
    Sheriff Anderson went on to say that Daniel Solcum, age 58, Pamela Sulcom, age 52 and Daniel Soclum III,age 28, all of 108 Notrh Knoll St. Bunkie were arrested by Sheriff’s Office Narcotics investigators as a result of an investigation into the alledged distribution of the illegal substances to include 4.5 ounces of suspected Marijuana and over 200 pharmicutical dosage units, with an estimated street value of approximately $3,000.00
    Sheriff Anderson said said that Pamela Solcom and Daniel Slocum was charged with Possession of Schedule I CDS with intent to distribute, Possession of Schedule II with the intent to distribute, Possession of CDS II, and Possession of Schedule IV with the intent to distribute, while Daniel Slocum III was charged with Possession of Schedule I, and was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for Contempt failure to appear.
    Sheriff Anderson said all three Solcum family members were booked into the Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office DC 1  with bond set at $6,000.00 on each.
