AAWS selling dinners Nov. 19 for operation of shelter

The Avoyelles Animal Welfare Society (AAWS) is hosting its annual fall dinner fundraiser Saturday, November 19 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Tractor Supply on Hwy. One in Mansura.
The meal will include a choice of barbecue pork or chicken with trimmings. Plates will be $7 each and will be sold on a first-come first-serve basis. No tickets will be pre-sold.
Funds will be used for the operation of the AAWS Animal Shelter in Cottonport.
