Roger George Broussard, 62, native of Cottonport

A funeral mass was held for Roger George Broussard, conducted by Father Michael Alello on Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Baton Rouge.
Broussard, 62, native of Cottonport, and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016. 
A graduate of the L.S.U. Law Center, he was active in the oil and gas industry for many years and was a practicing attorney with the Riche Law Firm.
He was preceded in death by his sister Julie Broussard Comeaux.
Roger is survived by two daughters, Dr. Kelly Broussard of Austin, Texas and Morgan Broussard of Memphis, Tennessee; son Thomas Joseph Broussard of Baton Rouge; parents, Thomas George and Elaine Gauthier Broussard; and former wife Jane Bordelon Broussard.
