Religious services fro Matt Hartford, Sr. were held on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church, Lettsworth at 11a.m. where Rev. Vernon Simon officiated. Burial followed at Royal Oak Baptist Church Cemetery. Services were entrusted to A. Wesley Funeral Home of Maringouin.
Hartoford, age 85, of Lettsworth, native of Torras passed away onThursday, September 1, 2016, at Clarity Hospice.
He is survived by his wife Lola Hartford; seven daughters Elouise Gosserand, Debra (Eddie) Robinson, Regina Hebert, Annie Lofton, Carolyn (Daren) Wells, Shannon (Kendall) Johnson, and Angela Draper; five sons Matt (Maria) Hartford Jr., Earl (Vicky) Neal, Ronald Hebert, Leslie Hebert, and Cecil (Melissa) Davis; 21 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
