SIMMESPORT MAN CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE SEX CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN

Two other people from Simmesport charged in connection with the case

According to Sheriff Doug Anderson, Donnie Dibble, 61 years old of 512 Mayeux Street in Simmesport was arrested and charged by deputies with Producing pornography involving juveniles, Possession of pornography involving juveniles, Molestation of a juvenile, Indecent Behavior with Juveniles (2 counts), Contributing to the delinquency of juveniles (4 counts) and Molestation of a juvenile involving several incidents with three minor children.
The Sheriff said his Criminal Investigators became involved in the investigation after receiving a complaint from the Louisiana Department of Child Care and Family Services, alleging close friends of Dibble were not providing a livable residence, and not providing necessary medical care, or an educational program for their children.  Sheriff Anderson said through the facts of the investigation probable cause was developed for investigators to seek a search warrant for the residents of Dibble.  Investigators along with Louisiana State Police Special Victims Unit searched Dibble’s residence which resulted in the additional collection of evidence and the subsequent arrest of Dibble relating to alleged sex crimes involving these children.
Dibble was booked into the Avoyelles Parish Detention Center 1 on the charges of Producing pornography involving juveniles, Possession of pornography involving juveniles, four counts of Contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, two counts of  Indecent Behavior with a juvenile, and Molestation of a juvenile. His bond is set at $75,000.00

Sheriff Anderson said due to the deplorable living conditions and no medical care, coupled with no record of an educational program for the children, the State of Louisiana took custody of all the children ranging from 5 to 14 years old.
Both Hess and Goudeau were booked into the Avoyelles Parish Detention Center 1 on the charges of Cruelty to Juveniles, and Criminal Neglect to Family (5 counts).  Bond was set at $10,000 on each Hess and Goudeau.
