Marksville High defeats Carroll High

With 9 seniors Marksville High defeated Carroll High to advance to the state quarterfinals on Thursday night. The Tigers defeated the Bulldogs 38-22. Marksville will compete against the winner of Lutcher and Wossman winner, which was played on Friday night. Marksville improved to 11-1 while Carroll ended the season with a 9-3 record.

Head coach JT Dunbar praised the team saying "this is the first time in school history we win 11 in a row"
